Job Description
We have several opportunities within our Support teams based in Vietnam. The job is a mix of hands on consulting and support for both TRG companies as well as TRG customers. Support Consultants thus have to provide a high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers in Vietnam as well as around the world.
You will be involved in a very wide range of activities including but not limited to: consulting, design, installation, implementation, trouble shooting, analysis, solutions recommendation, configuration as well as pre and post sales support.
Some opportunities are available for international projects outside Vietnam. This of course requires English language fluency.
Consultants will be given the opportunity to cross train on our multiple products and progress to other opportunities within the company once they have proven themselves.

We support lifelong learning and technical consultants required and encouraged to maintain and acquire additional professional qualifications. You are required to take and maintain multiple professional certifications such as MCSE, MCSA. Senior technical consultants are expected to attain Instructor level (eg MCT) as a reflection of their technical ability.
The type of work you will be involved in includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Customer support services such as site survey, problem resolution (either on site or remote support within guaranteed response time)
- Customer communication: feedback reporting and escalation and notification to appropriate work groups, keep reporting flow accordingly
- Providing highest levels of customer support and satisfaction
- Installation of Databases, OS, Application Software
- Perform shift duties on rotating schedule to maintain call centre on 24x7 basis
- To meet the customers on a regular basis to discuss processes, issues and future plans as well as review levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare guidelines and policies for software installation, application security, data protection.

Required Skills/Experience The candidate should possess the following skills and requirements:
- University Degree in Information Technology or Accounting
- ERP systems experience (SunSystems, ACCPAC, etc)
- Business reporting tool knowledge (Crystal Reports, MS Reporting Service, etc)
- Accounting knowledge.
- Microsoft Certification (MCSE, MCDBA etc)
- Oracle Certification (OCP)
- Knowledge of SQL/Oracle database management.
- Remote access knowledge (Citrix, Microsoft RDP, PCAnywhere, VNC, etc)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions
- Structured and systematic worker
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent Internal and External customer care skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as within virtual global teams
- Committed to hard work, continual learning. Dynamic, self-motivated
- A self starter able to work both independently and within teams to strict deadlines and targets
- A 'Can Do' attitude and always willing to give things a go
- Self started who need minimum supervision
- Proactive and always asking for more projects
